Ernso Sylvain

visionary educator

Ernso is a visionary educator and entrepreneur dedicated to empowering Haitians through language and business education. As the founding director of Happy Haitian Productions Institute, he provides training in English as a Foreign Language, Computer Literacy, and Entrepreneurship, helping students achieve their dreams through education and expanded job opportunities. To date, the institute has empowered over 200 students, with 10 alumni now attending universities in Haiti and the United States.

Currently, Ernso serves as Country Manager at Unlocking Communities and Executive Director at Happy Haitian Productions Institute. Passionate about leadership and continuous learning, he enjoys connecting with people, reading, and refining his skills. Outside of work, he cherishes time with his family, manages a chicken farm, and values insightful conversations with his mentor.

Boltaire Cher-Enfant

A Dedicated Educator and Mentor

As the Academic and Behavioral Director at Happy Haitian Productions (HHP), Boltaire Cher-Enfant is a diligent and committed leader, playing a crucial role in shaping the academic and personal growth of students. As co-founder of HHP and a board member of the English Literacy Program, he brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the institution. Since 2017, he has served as a behavioral and academic guidance counselor, supporting students in their educational journeys.

With a license in education and theology and 28 years of experience in the field, Boltaire has dedicated his life to fostering learning and personal development. After earning his degree, he began working with a U.S.-based nonprofit in Cobanal, a small community where he made a lasting impact.

Beyond his role at HHP, Boltaire is a pastor and educator, deeply invested in the lives of students across primary and secondary schools in Hinche. His unwavering support for both students and staff, combined with his ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, makes him an invaluable asset to the school’s growth and success. His passion for education continues to inspire and uplift the next generation of learners.

Administrators and Teachers

Bedline is currently working as a teachers and administrator as well as studying in business administration. She is always looking for innovative ways to keep her students engaged and empowered. Bedline is known for her ability to inspire and connect with students to achieve their goals.

Bluckenshed has taught for over at HHP. He is also a 3rd-year business management student and academic coordinator. As a teacher, he has the opportunity to encourage and inspire many students. Bluckenshed wishes to continue them in their quest for knowledge and success.

Johnsy became a radio show a top radio channel for English broadcasting. Since 2020 he has worked for Midwives for Haiti as a medical interpreter, Nourish Every Child and Little America Freemen Farms in the fields of agriculture. Teaching English is his passion.

Djoudelca has taught for 4 years from Kindergarten to college levels. She loves to help students to learn, inquire and discover what they are passionate about. Djoudelca is a highly enthusiastic teacher, very patient and inspires their students to achieve their goals.

Sonel is a graduate from HHP. He has been teaching English and Spanish since 2014. In addition to his teaching position at HHP, Sonel also provides his services at some primary schools in town.

John has over 24 years of classroom experience. He has been teaching English at HHP Institute since 2022. He's completing a master's degree in education, and he is passionate about help students to achieve their full potential. John is known for his dynamic teacher style and ability to connect with students on a personal level.

Sedec is a part time teacher at HHP. He graduated from several biblical seminars as well as computer sciences and driving school. He has been trained in Child Protection and Justices (OPREH). We are fortunate to have him!
