Happy Haitian Productions or “Pwodiksyon Ayisyen Kontan” in Haitian Creole, was officially founded in Hinche in 2017 by Ernso Sylvain. Our goal is to allow students and professionals to achieve their dreams through learning English as Foreign Language, Computer Skills and Business Training. Once graduating, our students can become English teachers, Tourism guides, Entrepreneurs and Tech support for schools and companies.  

HHP started as a company that was dedicated to help visitors visiting Haiti to feel at home and to be productive in diverse areas across the country, but quickly understood that students and professionals should be able to speak English to advocate for themselves. So, in a small four-room and bathroom building, HHP launched the HHP Institute with 18 students. 

In 2020, Ernso and his friends founded Happy Haitian Education, a 501 c(3) in in partnership with Happy Haitian Productions to empower Haitian brothers and sisters to work hard to achieve their dreams. In one of the more difficult years, we were able to build our own school with clean running water and better facilities with a grand opening in December 2020. We are forever grateful for such a supportive network of friends and family that sets us up for success!
