Ernso is a visionary educator and entrepreneur that strives to empower his Haitian followers through languages and business education. He is an optimistic and hardworking person who is always happy!
Ernso is the founding director of Happy Haitian Productions Institute which teaches English as a Foreign Language, Computer Literacy and entrepreneurship in order to achieve their dreams through advanced educational opportunities and more job possibilities. Happy Haitian Productions Institute has empowered and educated about 200 students over the year, and 10 of its students are currently attending universities in Haiti and in the United States of America.
Currently, he is working as a country manager at Unlocking Communities and the executive director at Happy Haitian Productions Institute.
He enjoys connecting with other people and spending time with his beautiful family and at his chicken farm. Also, he loves reading books and learning new things that can reinforce his skills as a leader. Last but not least, he enjoys talking with his advisor and mentor in his free time.

As the Academic and Behavioral director, Boltaire Cher-Enfant is both diligent and committed to his position. He is the co-founder of Happy Haitian Productions and is on the board of the English Literacy program. He has been working as a behavioral and academic guidance counselor since 2017.

He obtained his license in education and theology and has 28 years of experience in education. Upon completion of his degree he began working for a US based nonprofit in a small community called Cobanal. Boltaire is a pastor and educator and is very interested in the life of the students at HHP and in many other primary and secondary schools in Hinche. He is supportive of both students and staff, and his experience in working with people from different backgrounds make him a great asset for the growth of the school.

Johnsy became a radio show a top radio channel for English broadcasting. Since 2020 he has worked for Midwives for Haiti as a medical interpreter, Nourish Every Child and Little America Freemen Farms in the fields of agriculture. Teaching English is his passion.

Sonel is a graduate from HHP. He has been teaching English and Spanish since 2014. In addition to his teaching position at HHP, Sonel also provides his services at some primary schools in town.

He's completing a master's degree in education, and he is passionate about help students to achieve their full potential. Sedec is a part time teacher at HHP. He graduated from several biblical seminars as well as computer sciences and driving school. He has been trained in Child Protection and Justices (OPREH). We are fortunate to have him!
